Herzog a.k.a. Bill Bawden, has been an active member of the Welsh-based Serein netlabel collective since its conception in 2005, and has contributed two EPs, "The Autumn Parade" and "This Time We're Infinite". His latest release, "Ocean! Be Our Blanket" (on 12rec.net) washes over with fractured acoustic samples and controlled static to give a warm, melancholic and slightly 'long-lost' feel to the music.
