Raúl Mezcolanza (Barcelona 1980) begins his career very young evolving from house and progressive to techno and minimal. Nowadays he owns a vinyl shop in Barcelona activity tha combines with his job as a producer, and his sessions.
He has performed his show in venues such as AMlocal (Mexico Df), Rioma (Mexico Df), Hooka Sud (Mexico Df), Hooka Condesa (Mexico Df), City Hall (Mexico Df), Industrial Copera (Granada), Nucleo (Ourense), La Cova (Corbera), Becool (Barcelona), Blau (Gerona), Palm Beach (Gerona), Moog (Barcelona), sharing stage with Ben Sims, Ángel Molina, Cristian Varela, Oscar Mulero, Mark Williams, Paul Mac, etc.
In February 2007 he created his own techno label Lactik-rec. Artists like Marco Nastic, Dejan Milicevic, Elton D, Electro One, Boriqua Tribez, Aitor Ronda, will collaborate in this project. His next target is the creation of a sub-label Ciclofans-rec for his minimal techno productions and guest artists.
